Terms of Service
Effective date: 27 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of NEXT BOSS, provided by Next Automate AI Solutions LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Next Automate”, “we”, “us”). In these Terms, “Customer” or “you” means the business that signs up for NEXT BOSS and, where relevant, the individuals it authorises to use it.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, accessing or using NEXT BOSS, you agree to these Terms. If you accept on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Where you have signed a separate order form or agreement with us, that document takes precedence over these Terms if they conflict.
2. The service
NEXT BOSS (Business Operating System Suite) is a business-to-business software-as-a-service platform. It includes CRM and sales pipeline, clients, projects, invoices, quotes and payments, support tickets, a client portal, a knowledge base, the “Bossy” AI assistant, conversations (email, WhatsApp and Instagram), and HR and finance modules. Features available to you depend on your plan. The service is provided at app.next-boss.comand at customer workspace addresses (<workspace>.next-boss.com). We may improve, change or discontinue features over time.
3. Accounts and security
- You must be at least 18 and use the service for business purposes.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, for managing your users and their roles, and for activity under your workspace.
- We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
- Tell us promptly at support@nextautomateai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Customer data and responsibilities
“Customer Data” means data you or your users put into NEXT BOSS. You own your Customer Data. You grant us a limited right to host, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. For Customer Data, you are the controller and we act as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for:
- The accuracy, quality and legality of Customer Data.
- Having the rights, notices and consents needed to collect and use personal data in NEXT BOSS, including data about your clients, contacts and employees, and messages received through connected channels.
- Choosing which records are visible in the client portal, and keeping internal notes internal.
5. Acceptable use
You must not, and must not allow others to:
- Break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or breach the messaging rules of Meta, email providers or others.
- Upload malware or content that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive.
- Try to access other workspaces or data you are not authorised to see, or bypass security controls.
- Disrupt, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.
- Resell or provide the service to third parties except as we agree in writing.
6. AI features
The Bossy AI assistant can help draft content, summarise information and suggest next actions. AI outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete.
- AI outputs are drafts. They are editable by default and are not sent to anyone automatically.
- You review before sending.AI-generated content intended for clients requires a user's approval before it is sent. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output.
- Content you send to Bossy is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate responses, under Anthropic's commercial terms.
- AI outputs are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
7. Third-party integrations
NEXT BOSS can connect to third-party services, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business and Instagram), Stripe (payments) and email delivery providers. When you connect an integration, you authorise us to exchange data with that service on your behalf. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct. You can disconnect integrations at any time in Settings → Integrations.
8. Fees and billing
- Fees are as agreed for your plan or in your order.
- Fees exclude taxes. You are responsible for applicable taxes, including UAE value added tax (VAT) where applicable.
- Where card payments are enabled, they are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable, and we may suspend the service for overdue amounts after giving notice.
- We may change fees with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
9. Trials
We may offer free trials or pilot access. Trials are provided “as is”, may have limited features, and end on the date we tell you or when we end them with notice. Unless you move to a paid plan, trial workspaces and their data may be deleted after the trial ends, so export anything you want to keep.
10. Suspension and termination
- You may stop using the service and close your account at any time, subject to any agreed commitment term.
- We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or if needed to protect the service, other customers or comply with law. Where reasonable, we will give notice first.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including fees owed, intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) survive.
11. Data export and deletion on termination
Before your account closes, you can export your Customer Data using any export tools available in the product or by contacting us. After closure, we delete or anonymise Customer Data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer (for example, invoices and financial records). Backups roll off within 90 days. See our User Data Deletion Instructions.
12. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own NEXT BOSS, including its software, design, documentation and brand. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you. You keep all rights in your Customer Data.
13. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public information confidential, use it only to perform under these Terms, and share it only with people who need to know it and are bound by similar obligations. This does not apply to information that is public, already known, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party, or where disclosure is required by law.
14. Warranties disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data.
- Each party's total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by you to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, your indemnity obligations, or liability that cannot be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Next Automate against third-party claims arising from your Customer Data, your use of the service in breach of these Terms or the law, or your use of connected third-party services.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify account holders by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the service. Before starting proceedings, each party will first try in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting the other.
