User Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to ask Next Automate AI Solutions LLC to delete your data from NEXT BOSS, including data we receive through Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp integrations. For more on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. How to request deletion

Email us

1. Send an email to support@nextautomateai.com from the email address linked to your NEXT BOSS account.
2. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
3. Include your workspace name (for example, the part before .next-boss.com) and tell us what you want deleted: your whole account, specific records, or data from a connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp account.

Delete in the app (workspace admins)

Workspace administrators can delete users and records directly in NEXT BOSS. If you are a user or a contact of a business that uses NEXT BOSS, you can also ask that business's workspace administrator to delete your data.

Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp data

1. In NEXT BOSS, go to Settings → Integrations and disconnect the WhatsApp or Instagram integration. This stops any new data from being received.
2. And/or, in Facebook, go to Settings → Apps and Websites, find NEXT BOSS and remove it.
3. Then email support@nextautomateai.comwith the subject “Data Deletion Request” and your workspace name, so we can delete the messages and profile information already stored.

2. What gets deleted

Depending on your request, we delete or anonymise:

• Your account and profile information (name, email, phone, role and settings).
• Messages and profile information received through connected Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp accounts, and related conversation and lead records.
• Records and files in the workspace you ask us to delete, where you are entitled to request it.

3. Verification

To protect your data, we check that the request comes from the account holder or an authorised workspace administrator. We may reply asking you to confirm the request from your account email or to provide details that confirm your identity. Where the data belongs to a customer's workspace, we may need that customer's confirmation before deleting it.

4. Timeline

• We acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
• We complete deletion within 30 days of verifying the request.

5. What may be retained and why

• Legal and financial records. Invoices and other financial records may be kept for as long as the law requires.
• Backups. Deleted data may remain in backups until they roll off, within 90 days. Backups are not used for any other purpose in the meantime.
• Records of the request. We keep a minimal record that we received and completed your request, so we can show we handled it.

6. Confirmation

When deletion is complete, we send a confirmation email to the address that made the request, describing what was deleted and anything retained for the reasons above.
